If you wish to cancel your email or hosting account, you must do so by opening a support case. We require all cancellations to be in writing so we have a documented history.
Important Notice
Account cancellation is permanent and irreversible. Once we process your request, any and all saved email, files, folders, contacts, web content, and databases are irretrievably deleted from our servers.
Please make sure you have a valid, up to date backup before submitting your cancellation request.
